- Configure what modules External Users will be able to see

Add as many Roles as you Need
Configure the modules and users
- Create as many Roles as you need
- Set a Name
- Add One or many Modules (i.e., Vacation Request, Teams, etc.)
- Add One or many Users to the Role
- Those users will now be Administrators for that Module

- Allow your externals users to see only what you want them to see
- One-click makes the difference in what they can see and do.
- Want to hide your Directory from them? Remove People Module
- Want them to do Training or Sign Documents? Add the Documents and Training Module.
