Create new Users in MyLenio
- MyLenio creates the user in your Directory directly for you (gSuite / Office 365)
- You can also invite existing users into MyLenio
- Fill all of your Employee Information
- MyLenio will save all this information into your Directory
- Schedule when your Employee will join your Company
All of your Data will be saved to gSuite or Office 365
Employee Activation
- Your new employee will receive their gSuite / Office 365 credentials over email.
- This email will also contain your invitation so they can activate their account.
- They will be required to upload a photo and complete their basic personal information.
- They will also be asked your Onboarding Questions in case you configured those.
- After that, they will able to start using MyLenio.
Employee Dashboard after Activation
- Once Activated, the user will be able to join MyLenio
- You'll be able to see all of their information in the Employee Dashboard
- After Activated, the user will be automatically added to the teams you had configured
- The system will then send them all the notifications for each Document, Task, Team, or Training

Team Onboarding
- You can even configure Teams Onboarding.
- Each Team can have a set of steps that are required to be done by the Employee.
- Once he's added to one of these teams, he will have an "Onboarding" section.
